Account deletion requests

If you cannot access the in-app deletion option, email support from the address associated with your account and include the subject line Account Deletion Request.

To protect users, we may ask for basic verification before processing a deletion request.

What to include in your message

Your account email address.
A short description of the issue.
Device type and OS version, if the request is technical.
Screenshots only if they help explain the problem.
